  • Thank you for your interest in working at the Hilltop Early Learning Center. Please expect to hear back from someone via email within 4 business days. You will receive an email from Teresa Brown, HR Recruiter for Columbus Early Learning Centers (CELC). CELC is the Managing Partner for the City of Columbus for the Hilltop Early Learning Center.

    What to expect during the interview stage:

    1. You will be contacted via email and asked to complete the teacher questionnaire and fill out the employment application online

    2. You will receive a phone screening/ initial interview

    3. If selected, you will participate in a meet and greet at the center in-person with one of the open classrooms

  • If an employment offer is made, you must be able to produce the following information:

    • Original document of your high school diploma, GED or official college transcripts

    • Completed ODJFS Medical Statement

    • Verification of your MMR (measles, mumps, and rubella) and TDAP (tetanus) vaccinations

    • Verification of your COVID vaccinations (if received)

    • OPIN number and password to verify any trainings you need for when you start orientation

    • Two forms of ID which can include a driver’s license or state ID, social security card, passport, or birth certificate

    • Must complete a background check under BCI/ FBI
